Mô tả công việc:

  1. Collection activities
    • Actively monitor and analyze performance of Field Collections teams, propose points of improvement in strategy and operations;
    • Review weaknesses in the current collection procedures/system from which to propose solutions to improve and increase debt recovery efficiency;
    • Participate or lead projects related to debt collection campaigns;
    • Participate to set up incentive scheme for Collections Teams;
  2. Collection policies & system
    • Review the efficiency of collection systems and processes and propose improvements to increase automation level, increase productivity, and transparency of collection operations;
    • Participating in the development of new systems and projects that necessitate Collection collaboration;
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve collection systems;
    • Other tasks assigned by Line managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  1. Education level, certification:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Business or other related;
  1. Experience, Skill:
    • At least 3 years of experience managing tasks related to Field collection operations/ strategy in financial company/bank;
    • Clearly understand the functions, tasks, and roles of Debt Collection in the Finance Company;
    • Having skills in leadership, teamwork and management;
    • English proficiency required for the position;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Power BI tools, SQL or Python…;
  2. Individual Characteristics:
    • Ability to work independently and in a team;
    • Honest, straightforward, and highly responsible;
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
