Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Implement Oracle Opera PMS for hotel clients
- Install, configure, and customize Opera PMS system
- Perform system testing and validation
- Prepare system configuration based on hotel operational requirements
- Provide system training to hotel users including:
- Front Office
- Sale/Reservations
- Finance
- Revenue Management
- HK
- IT
- Support hotel during system go-live
- Provide post go-live support and troubleshooting
- Work with internal project team and hotel stakeholders
- Ensure project timeline and deliverables are completed
- Support system integration when required
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, IT Certs or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in PMS implementation
- Or Strong preference for candidates with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud experience in Hotel roles (Such as Supervisor or AFOM, Duty Manager...)
- Windows OS / Networking / Computer/ Application knowledge
- Office Word, Excel, PPT, SQL Database query
- XML and Interface knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in hotel operations such as:
- Front Office
- Night Audit
- Reservations
- Revenue/Channel Manager
- Hotel IT
- Finance (AR)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel for project deployment
