Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Pre-Audit Preparation
  • Conduct internal gap assessments against SMETA (ETI Base Code), BSCI, SLCP, and Better Work requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain all required compliance documentation, including:
  • Labor contracts, payroll and time records
  • Internal regulations and employee handbooks
  • Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, training records
  • Fire safety, chemical management (SDS), and machine safety records
  • Coordinate with HR, EHS, Production, Maintenance, and Facility teams to ensure audit readiness.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions for management and workers on labor standards, H&S, and audit interview preparation.
  • Register, schedule, and manage audits with third-party auditors (e.g., LRQA, SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas).
  • Manage audit platforms such as Sedex, BSCI, SLCP Gateway, Better Work portal.
  • Audit Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact for auditors during on-site or remote audits.
  • Coordinate factory tours, document reviews, and worker interviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate information requested by auditors.
  • Record all audit findings, including Non-Conformities (NCs) and observations.
  • Post-Audit Follow-Up
  • Analyze root causes of audit findings using structured methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
  • Develop, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).
  • Follow up on CAP closure and upload evidence to relevant platforms within required timelines.
  • Report audit results, risks, and improvement status to management and customers.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and site walkthroughs to ensure ongoing compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, CSR, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social compliance, EHS, CSR, or factory audit coordination
  • Good communication in English
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • SMETA / ETI Base Code
    • BSCI Code of Conduct
    • SLCP
    • Better Work
    • Local labor laws and basic occupational health & safety requirements
