Chủ Quản Kỹ Sư Dự Án - Project Engineer Supervisor

Lead and supervise the project engineering team in executing engineering projects.

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Review and approve technical documents, engineering drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Support new equipment installation, line setup, and process validation.

Prepare project progress reports and present status updates to management.

Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.

5–7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/project leadership role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).

Experience in manufacturing project execution (equipment installation, process transfer, facility upgrade, etc.).

Familiar with AutoCAD/solid modeling software and MS Project (or other project management tools).

Good understanding of lean manufacturing, quality management systems, and safety standards.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

English proficiency (written & spoken) or Chinese (HSK4 up)
