Lead and develop a cross-functional technical team, including backend, frontend, blockchain, AI/ML, and DevOps, ensuring project timelines and product quality.
Manage the technical budget and make strategic decisions regarding technology, recruitment, processes, and development tools.
Spearhead research and adoption of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, LLMs, ZKP, Cloud-native, etc.) into products to maintain a competitive technological edge.
Develop a long-term technology strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives, as well as its sub-projects (Web3, AI, SaaS, etc.).
Design flexible, secure, and highly scalable system architectures to support hundreds of thousands to millions of users across multiple platforms.
Establish testing processes, CI/CD pipelines, security measures, and stable operations, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate directly with the CEO, investors, strategic partners, and audit firms to communicate the technology roadmap and ensure system quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related engineering fields.
Keen on staying updated and proactively adopting new technology trends.
Strong communication skills.

Experience: 9 years in an equivalent position, with at least 5 years of experience working in a Web3 company.
Good English communication ability
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and work well in groups.

Working time: from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm (but only 2 Saturdays in a month)
