• Manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead tax declaration, tax finalization, and ensure compliance with all tax requirements.
• Monitor and control accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and legality.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Manage and operate the ERP accounting system effectively.
• Establish and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team (currently one accounting staff member).
• Participate in setting up and developing the accounting function as the company continues to grow.

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Certified Chief Accountant qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in an FDI manufacturing company.
• Strong expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax finalization.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
• Good at English or Chinese.
