Chief Accountant

- Oversaw comprehensive financial management functions, including accounting, fnancial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project fnancial control, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to the Board of Directors.

- Supervised daily accounting operations in compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and HQ policies. Reviewed and validated business expense reports and financial submissions, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Led the finance department in managing fixed assets, product costing, and inventory control, contributing to improved operational effciency and cost accuracy.

- Ensured compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements, including VAT, PIT, CIT filings, tax refunds, and transfer pricing documentation.

- Prepared and delivered timely and accurate internal and external financial reports, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines and audit standards.

- Liaised with external auditors, tax authorities, and fnancial consultants on all accounting and compliance matters.

- Developed and implemented internal control systems to enhance risk management and ensure financial integrity across all operations.

- Collaborated with the factory and operational teams to deliver actionable financial insights supporting strategic planning and performance improvement.

- Maintained proper organization and preservation of all financial and accounting documentation to ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

- Performed ad hoc tasks and special assignments as delegated by senior management.

- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting preferable

- Have Chief Accountant Certificate

- Minimum 8-10 years’ working experience in accounting

- Well organized and able to handle full set of accounts independently

- Pleasant personality and hard working

- Local candidates are preferable

- Good interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computerized MS WORD and EXCEL and accounting software

- Proficiency in written and spoken English
