Mô tả công việc:
- Assist Pastry Chef supervise, manage & training to building a strong team
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Ensures that all dishes prepared in the designated kitchen section are as per the set recipes, consistent in terms of quality, presentation, and food hygiene
- Ensures that tools and equipment in the designated kitchen section are maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage
- Support the Pastry Chef in creating and coming up with ideas for new cakes and desserts.
- Assist Pastry Chef in ordering foods and manage food cost.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Good communication skill in English and computer
- Pay attention to even the minutest details
- Follow the health and safety guidelines of the kitchen
- At least 2 years 5-star Pastry experiences in the same position, international background
- Related certificates and degrees
- HACCP trained, food safety & hygiene knowledge
