As a Brand Assistant, you'll have the chance to:

• Gain a deep understanding of marketing strategies across various categories.
• Lead and contribute to innovative projects and campaigns.
• Develop strong project management skills through brand launches and revitalizations.
• Analyze data and transform insights into impactful activations and promotion campaigns.
• Elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Shape social media presence and craft compelling content.
• Generate targeted market analysis and actionable marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies to create effective sampling and promotional concepts.
• Coordinate key information flow between multi-functional teams supporting the launch ie. Finance, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain
• Evaluate and enhance innovation projects for future plans.
• Manage budgets while aligning with advertising activities.
• Embrace diverse tasks assigned by your manager and offer support to the Brands Team across various projects.
• Support on administrative tasks.

• Bachelor or Master program, preferably in Marketing.
• Display interest or experience in marketing and/or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consume Goods)
• Fluent in English and detail oriented.
• Be an active learner, and a critical thinker.
