Chi Tiết Công Việc

Prepare and serve beverages using a wide range of ingredients, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Take and serve beverage orders accurately; provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests.
Handle cashiering procedures when required.
Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization always.
Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and accessories.
Prepare garnishes, snacks, or light food items as needed.
Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations; prevent excessive drinking or inappropriate behavior.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
Contribute ideas for bar menus and signature cocktails.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in an international brand hotel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary, or related field is preferred.
Good working knowledge of the Micros system or similar POS platforms.
Proven experience managing service according to brand standards.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Possess relevant training certificates, such as beverage or alcohol service certification.
