Client service & planning

Take project briefs from clients.
Work in collaboration with internal teams like Creative, Strategy, Operation, and with external partners/suppliers.
Develop project and execution.
Present & sell ideas to clients.
Follow clients to reach project agreement and contract signing.
Be in charge of project management as to the plan agreed with client.
Ensure the project timeline and quality to be as agreed with client.
Be in charge of the liabilities regarding his/her clients.
Take care of clients professionally.

Enthusiasm for activation/event.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Capability in client servicing, project planning and execution. Any experience is preferred.
Carefulness, attention to details.
Being ambitious, with the ability to withstand work pressure.
Good presentation skill
Competence in Microsoft Powerpoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, or any equivalent presentation software
