Ideation & Implementation: Conceptualize event ideas and collaborate with the Design/Account teams to bring projects to life.
Vendor & Supply Management: Source and manage contractors and suppliers for seamless project execution.
Planning & Content: Develop detailed plans and marketing content tailored to project requirements.
Client & Partner Relations: Meet with customers and partners to negotiate pricing and project specifications.
Team Leadership: Supervise internal staff and contractor teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Nationwide Coordination: Sync with regional teams (North, Central, South) for large-scale projects.

Background: Degree in Communications, Events, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing, Event, or Media agencies.
Soft Skills: Proactive, highly flexible, and excellent communication skills.
Languages: Professional English proficiency (Fair level or higher).
Mindset: High pressure tolerance and a passion for event-driven environments.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site projects.
Technical: Proficient in MS Word & Excel; must have a personal laptop.
