Mô tả công việc:

  • 1. Teaching quality control & quality assurance:
  • Conduct classroom observations, evaluate teaching quality, and provide timely, constructive feedback to support instructional improvement.
  • Support teacher development by assisting in quarterly professional development workshops and contributing to coaching and ongoing professional support initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness and overall teaching–learning quality.
  • 2. Student learning quality & assessment:
  • Monitor student learning experiences, engagement, and academic progress through assignments, assessments, and learning activities (Writing, Reading projects).
  • Review assessment outcomes, identify learning gaps, and support academic improvement activities, including placement tests, tutoring, and remedial programs when assigned.
  • 3. Academic Operations & Data Management:
  • Track and update quiz and test schedules, review tests and quizzes, maintain accurate student scores, and ensure completeness of academic records in internal systems.
  • Consolidate, verify, and report academic data from the system and other platforms in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.
  • 4. Feedback, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze feedback from teachers, students, parents and other relevant departments to improve the teaching-learning quality.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to the Academic Manager.
  • 5. Other Academic duties:
  • Participate in internal and external consulting projects, academic meetings, and internal quality initiatives when assigned.
  • Perform other academic and operational tasks as directed by the Academic Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.
  • Prefer candidates with a degree in English Pedagogy or English Studies with a Certificate of Pedagogical Proficiency.
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time-management, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and integrity.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments and managing ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
  • Able to work occasional evening or weekend shifts in line with academic schedules.
